What you'll do

• Collect used kitchenware
• load and unload dishwashing machines
• sweep and mop floors
• wash kitchen equipment and surfaces
• hand-wash specified items
• store clean dishes and equipment
• maintain adequate clean dishes and utensils
• monitor cleaning supplies and notify the chef when orders are needed
• report machine issues
• remove garbage and wash bins
• sanitize the kitchen nightly.
