What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting from approved requisition through accepted offer
• work with hiring managers on requirements, priorities, interviews, and timelines
• post jobs and source candidates
• review applications and conduct phone or virtual screens
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• prepare offer documents and coordinate pre-employment checks
• report on openings and pipelines
• maintain confidential applicant and new-hire records
• support orientation, onboarding, HR administration, and recruiting process improvements.
