What you'll do

• Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure programs are executed with quality, efficiency, on time, and within budget
• translate asset strategy into clinical operations plans
• identify program risks and mitigations
• influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent Clinical Development Operations at senior meetings
• review clinical and regulatory documents
• manage external portfolio budgets
• mentor staff and directly manage study managers
• ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and company procedures.
