What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and payment information
• collect fees and copayments and complete cash-handling and batch procedures
• manage work queues
• schedule, reschedule, and conduct outreach calls
• follow no-show procedures
• document information in the electronic medical record
• protect confidentiality
• maintain reception and work areas
• participate in huddles, meetings, and training.
