What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists
• follow daily prep lists
• prepare meats, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• store food properly
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• report equipment and food-quality problems
• support the head chef with kitchen scheduling and management as required
• follow safe work practices.
