What you'll do

• Maintain the portfolio-wide deliverables calendar
• conduct pre-submission quality reviews and cross-document consistency checks
• review grant-related external materials for consistency with award terms
• verify personnel and effort information against approved budgets
• maintain grant briefing documents and system access maps
• establish state subaward reimbursement and reporting processes
• coordinate FFR and closeout with Finance
• manage opportunity intake and go/no-go decisions
• coordinate cross-functional teams through Wrike.
