Studio Manager

The manager leads studio operations and team performance, with responsibility for client experience, membership growth, revenue goals, and operational and financial health. The role supports the studio’s goals by developing employees, maintaining standards, and helping clients find programs aligned with their goals.

What you'll do

• Lead daily studio operations and financial performance
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage employees
• set performance expectations
• drive membership growth, revenue, retention, and profitability
• conduct prospective-client consultations and recommend programs
• monitor reports, sales activity, and performance indicators
• maintain policies and brand standards
• address client concerns
• maintain the studio environment
• communicate with company leadership
• and complete required training and certification.
