Residential Maintenance Technician — Part-Time or Full-Time

What you'll do

• Handle routine resident service requests, preventive and emergency maintenance, capital improvements and replacements, tool and equipment maintenance, and seasonal maintenance
• repair building systems and apartments, including applicable plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance, painting/drywall, HVAC, fire, security, and elevator systems
• perform mandatory snow removal
• and serve on call for evening and weekend emergencies as assigned.
