What you'll do

• Draft settlement demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• negotiate settlements and liens
• propound and respond to written discovery
• prepare for and conduct depositions
• conduct legal research
• prepare for and attend legal proceedings
• maintain accurate client records.
