What you'll do

• Engage with clients, families, and involved parties
• support safety and crisis plans
• participate in developing or monitoring behavioral health service plans
• connect clients and families with community resources
• coordinate care with providers and community teams
• provide medically necessary behavioral health services when appropriate
• maintain records to agency and regulatory standards
• de-escalate clients using approved trained techniques.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in a behavioral health field, is required. A valid Arizona driver's license, proof of insurance, fingerprint clearance, current CPR and First Aid certification, and minimum age of 21 are required. Services may be provided in clinical departments serving children or eligible adults.
