What you'll do

• Perform molecular biology techniques including library preparation, vector work, PCR, cloning, bacterial transformation, and plasmid purification
• execute BLI, SPR, and other binding assays
• design mammalian expression plasmids and cloning strategies
• support automated protein analysis workflows
• document experiments
• collaborate on construct generation
• troubleshoot and optimize workflows
• and maintain lab organization and supplies.
