What you'll do

• Greet members and guests warmly and support timely service
• deliver food accurately and as ordered
• assist the culinary team with assigned tasks
• fulfill member requests
• maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, specials, and unavailable items
• perform opening and closing duties
• keep bar and service areas clean and stocked
• communicate relevant member information and concerns to team members and managers
• handle guest payments
• follow applicable alcohol service laws and guidelines
• attend informational meetings
• assist with member complaints about food quality and service.
