What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare and measure ingredients, monitor inventory and temperatures, and maintain a clean kitchen. Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipe, quality, and presentation standards
• operate kitchen equipment
• set up and break down workstations
• and clean tools and equipment. Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware supplied and sanitary.
