What you'll do

• Own store sales performance, including average ticket, close rate, protection-plan and add-on penetration, and financing
• recruit, coach, and develop the sales team
• manage scheduling, floor merchandising, inventory accuracy, and delivery/warehouse coordination
• meet monthly sales targets and report results to ownership.
