What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• respond promptly and professionally to emails, calls, and requests
• provide pickup, transit, delivery, delay, and service-exception updates
• track freight from tender through delivery, including appointments and follow-up
• coordinate daily with dispatch on freight coverage and customer priorities
• communicate potential service issues early
• investigate concerns and coordinate solutions through resolution
• maintain accurate customer instructions, shipment notes, and issue records
• build customer relationships and identify service improvements.
