What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious conditions
• respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events
• prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs.
