Rewind Machine Assistant

The Rewind Machine Assistant role is an onsite position based in Little Chute, WI. This role exists to assist in the rewinding process by supporting machine setup, monitoring operations, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient production and safety.

What you'll do

• Assists with machine setup.
• Supplies raw material or components specific to the rewinder machine as needed.
• Monitors rewinder machine operations.
• Assists with routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoots minor technical issues, performs minor repairs or adjustments under the guidance of the primary operator or maintenance personnel.
• Ability to fill-in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes, or as necessary.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Completes production logs or reports as required for documentation purposes.
• Effectively works with other departments or team members.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
