What you'll do

• Create, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server and MariaDB databases across multiple networks and architectures
• support database environments in on-premises data centers and cloud environments
• troubleshoot database instances and applications
• support backup and recovery processes
• manage indexes and performance
• collaborate with the database administration team and contribute to process improvement.

Why this role

Requires active and current TS/SCI with FSP through Maryland, ten years of DBA experience, demonstrable Microsoft SQL experience, and at least IAT Level II certification; a bachelor’s degree may be substituted with four additional years of DBA experience.
