What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• obtain and record vital signs
• assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking
• complete tasks related to food preparation and dining
• document resident interactions and outcomes
• communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse
• collect non-invasive body fluid specimens
• provide housekeeping and laundry services
• assist with wellness and recreational programs.
