What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation
• draft demand packages, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and settlement documents
• collect and summarize medical records, bills, police reports, and other evidence
• communicate with clients, providers, adjusters, courts, and opposing counsel
• track treatment, statutes, deadlines, and milestones
• coordinate e-filings, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• assist with settlement administration, lien resolution, and case closing.
