Technical Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide end-user IT support
• monitor and respond to service desk requests
• document and close tickets within assigned service levels
• configure workstations
• support desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other devices
• assist with Microsoft Office and other software
• onboard and offboard users
• install and configure equipment
• maintain equipment and license inventories
• escalate issues to Tier 3
• support Active Directory and company applications
• perform workstation upgrades.
