What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across housekeeping, valet, front desk, door service, and guest rooms
• partner with department leaders to maintain service standards
• address operational issues
• serve as liaison to the General Manager
• manage scheduling, labor planning, and staffing coverage
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training coordination
• monitor budgets and cost controls
• manage vendor relationships, ordering, receiving, and inventory
• ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• support pre-opening logistics and continuous improvement.
