The role builds measurable programs and collaborates with product, creative, sales, and other teams to grow demand for X-LAB.

What you'll do

• Execute the U.S. growth plan across acquisition and retention
• manage paid Meta and Google campaigns
• run email and SMS strategy, segmentation, and automation
• develop influencer, affiliate, and community partnerships
• improve conversion paths
• maintain measurement and attribution
• build dashboards and report on campaign performance and ROI.
