The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite, full-time position in Plano, TX. Pay is $38–$40 per hour. The nurse leads the nursing team at Restore Hyper Wellness, a retail provider of alternative health and wellness services. The role combines nursing leadership with clinical service delivery. The lead nurse manages and develops nursing staff, administers wellness services, documents client visits, and supports safe, compliant operations and a positive client experience.

What you'll do

• Manage and train nurses
• conduct chart audits, meetings, interviews, onboarding, evaluations, and scheduling
• administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• educate clients about services
• manage medical supplies
• document visits in electronic medical records
• communicate adverse effects and compliance issues
• and maintain a safe work environment.
