What you'll do

• Coach, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned Member Relations team members
• support hiring and professional development
• promote member service and appropriate product cross-selling
• handle member inquiries and escalations
• monitor team performance, compliance, and relationship-center activity
• assist with center planning, staffing, reporting, safety, security, and policy adherence
• coordinate events and collaborate with related departments
• travel as required and work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as necessary.
