What you'll do

• Prepare annual and interim recertifications for residents in compliance with HUD Section 8 regulations.
• Use HUD systems including EIV and TRACS and meet HUD MOR requirements.
• Provide customer service, communicate professionally, prioritize work under strict deadlines, and work independently.

Why this role
