Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly journal entries
• assist with balance sheet reconciliations
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
• prepare and file tax returns as needed
• assist with audits
• enter daily bank activity and reconcile bank accounts weekly
• provide KPIs for monthly reporting
• reconcile corporate card activity
• manage accounts payable
• and provide accounts receivable backup, including entering customer payments and assisting with collections.
