• Lead aircraft interior and exterior cleaning and detailing
• complete quality-control checklists
• organize teams and uphold safety standards
• manage inventory and place orders
• communicate with customer accounts about schedules
• train, interview, and onboard team members
• support team development and documentation
• assist other locations as needed.
