What you'll do

• Set up the breakfast buffet to brand and company standards
• clean and sanitize the dining area
• wipe tables, restock utensils and condiments, and remove trash
• greet guests and assist with inquiries
• prepare and serve beverages
• monitor and restock food
• follow food safety guidelines
• track supplies and request replenishment
• assist with other duties assigned by the General Manager or supervisor.
