What you'll do

• Assess member financial needs

• process loan applications
• identify cross-sell opportunities
• contact local small businesses
• resolve member issues
• manage a book of business through calls and follow-up
• conduct financial transactions
• maintain cash and negotiable-instrument controls
• and comply with regulations and internal policies.
