What you'll do

• Make 50 or more outbound calls per day
• generate quality appointments
• convert website and digital leads into sales appointments
• answer incoming calls from leads
• develop opportunities through cold calls, texts, and email
• assist with call scripts and email marketing
• follow up with current customers after installations
• update and correct Salesforce contact records
• help develop outbound call queues.
