The Learning Experience is recruiting for infant classroom leadership opportunities at its South Lyon-area centers. The teacher leads a safe, nurturing infant classroom and supports babies’ early learning and development through individualized care, curriculum activities, and regular communication with families.
What you'll do
- Lead an infant classroom
- provide individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and daily care routines
- implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- create sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
- support physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- follow safe-sleep, sanitation, health, and safety procedures
- observe milestones and maintain documentation
- communicate with families
- collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- maintain Michigan childcare licensing standards.

Why this role
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule. High school diploma or GED and professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience are required; infant classroom experience and a CDA, coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential are preferred. Candidates may be considered for either of two South Lyon locations.
