Plant Operations Manager

Job overview

The Plant Operations Manager role is onsite in Ocean City, MD. Compensation is $110,000 per year plus bonus. The manager supports kitchen production and quality control at the franchise’s production facility. This role helps keep production and delivery operations running smoothly by supervising production, coordinating schedules and inventory, and developing the production team. It also serves as second-in-command to the Plant Director and takes charge when the director is absent.

• Monitor and supervise production

• interview and train new hires and production associates, drivers, and supervisors
• create production and delivery schedules
• conduct inventories
• monitor operating expenses
• support the Plant Director and take charge in their absence.
