Junior Accountant — Billing and Payroll

What you'll do

• Process billing transactions, post and reconcile customer payments, research discrepancies, and maintain supporting records. Assist with biweekly or semimonthly payroll, review time and payroll data, coordinate corrections, reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger, and maintain confidential records. Perform bank, credit card, accounts receivable, and other reconciliations
• assist with accounts payable, expense processing, general ledger maintenance, closing activities, and financial reports.
