The Retail Store Manager is an onsite role based in Garland, TX. as a fixed salary, with a pay range of $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonus depending on experience, supporting the Music & Arts retail team. This role exists to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure high standards of customer service. The manager is responsible for team leadership, inventory management, and promoting the company's music lesson programs to foster a community of lifelong musicians.

What you'll do

• Manage sales team, coach and motivate staff, monitor financial and inventory statistics, ensure product availability, manage payroll and hiring, execute operational tasks for institutional sales and rentals, promote lesson programs, and provide customer service.
