Program Security Representative II

The role helps safeguard sensitive information by assessing security procedures, identifying risks, supporting compliance reviews, and coordinating corrective actions and security education.

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• assist with policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data
• assess procedures and recommend improvements
• identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks
• assist with Operations Security training
• support contractor and subordinate facilities
• brief government and senior civilian personnel
• conduct and document facility compliance reviews and close-outs
• track corrective actions
• notify program staff of security matters
• investigate suspected loss or compromise and prepare damage assessments
• coordinate lessons learned for SAP security education.
