Discovery Paralegal

The Discovery Paralegal works onsite five days a week in Washington, DC. The stated salary range is $85,000–$95,000 per year. The paralegal supports discovery and litigation matters by locating and reviewing responsive materials, assessing privilege, preparing records and releases, and coordinating with government customers and discovery team members. The work helps ensure document requests and productions are handled accurately and professionally.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer requests
• research and gather responsive materials
• conduct outreach and informal interviews
• assist with declarations
• review electronic and paper materials for responsiveness and privilege
• apply deletion codes
• review peers’ work
• maintain case notes and records
• prepare releases
• coordinate classification reviews
• search FBI systems and databases
• provide status updates and customer support.
