Quality Manager

The manager leads quality systems and staff to ensure manufactured products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. The role works across production, engineering, purchasing, vendors, and customers to address nonconformance, improve processes, and maintain product quality.

What you'll do

• Oversee quality auditing and quality functions
• maintain compliance with internal and external standards
• manage incoming and outgoing inspection programs and PPAP procedures
• create nonconformance reports and communicate with vendors
• manage the quarantine area, returns, and repairs
• investigate production-line nonconformance and customer complaints
• hire, train, and manage quality staff
• maintain control plans, SOPs, calibration standards, and quality reports
• coordinate corrective actions with production, operations, vendors, customers, and engineering.
