What you'll do

• Cover building-services absences
• operate the residential lobby and security functions
• manage and track tenant packages and deliveries
• collect and remove trash and recycling
• operate the building compactor
• clean common and outdoor spaces
• remove snow
• prepare vacant apartments
• perform other assigned duties.
