Information Systems Security Manager — RMF and CMMC

Job overview

The Information Systems Security Manager role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. The expected compensation range is $110,000–$165,000 per year. The role supports Whitman, Requardt & Associates’ classified information systems, Risk Management Framework authorization, and CMMC program. The manager maintains authorization and continuous-monitoring activities, supports the CUI enclave, and applies security controls through documentation, technical analysis, and hands-on implementation. The work helps protect classified and controlled information while maintaining authorization and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage authorization, reauthorization, and continuous monitoring for classified systems
• develop and maintain ATO packages and supporting artifacts
• perform control assessments, self-inspections, vulnerability management, reporting, and security-impact reviews
• maintain authorization evidence in eMASS or sponsor systems
• support CMMC and CUI enclave documentation, policies, monitoring, assessment preparation, and remediation
• review logs, configure controls, scan for vulnerabilities, apply and remediate SRGs and STIGs, and validate corrective actions
• support incident response and required reporting.
