What you'll do

• Maintain resident records
• post rents, deposits, fees, and bank deposits
• prepare renewal notices
• conduct recertifications and background checks
• issue appropriate notices
• prepare reports
• greet prospective residents and perform leasing functions
• handle resident and vendor calls
• route maintenance requests
• inspect move-outs and vacant units
• work with Resident Services staff.
