What you'll do

• Lead the shipping team in loading finished goods
• assign tasks and routes for local deliveries, pickups, and transfers
• ensure team readiness, equipment availability, and adherence to shipping schedules
• monitor attendance, safety readiness, and shipping procedures
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• coach and support the team
• complete bills of lading, freight billing, and shipment tracking
• conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• ensure outbound freight is billed nightly and documented in Amtech
• notify customer service and management of delays, damages, or shortages
• coordinate with other departments.
