What you'll do

• Lead daily classroom operations
• design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• integrate Biblical principles into lessons and activities
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• supervise and mentor assistant teachers
• communicate with parents about children’s progress
• lead devotions and Christ-centered activities
• monitor development and maintain records
• guide social, emotional, and spiritual development
• and collaborate on curriculum planning and preschool initiatives.
