This experienced role serves as a caregiver providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse, and assists other staff as needed. The Senior CNA leads in problem-solving and maintaining high accountability.

What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with basic health care needs, daily living activities, and supports residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Assists other clinical staff.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• May complete tasks related to the Restorative Nursing program.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Experience

Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
