Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Murphy, NC, with scheduling that may include Monday–Friday and every-other-weekend shifts. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte provides in-home care to support clients’ independence, well-being, and quality of life. The PCA assists clients with personal care and daily living activities, supports mobility, and helps maintain a clean and safe home environment. The role also builds positive relationships with clients and their families.

• Provide bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
