What you'll do

• Assess and counsel individuals and families regarding psychological or emotional concerns
• develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans. Coordinate client-centered care, outreach, and treatment goals with team members and outside agencies
• provide crisis-intervention consultation
• document services
• protect confidential information
• and transport clients or family members to appointments and activities as needed. Services may take place in clients’ homes, the community, or approved residential settings. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
