• Prepare and cook food using standard recipes
• prepare patient meals, retail café items, doctors’ lounge food, and catering orders
• maintain a clean and organized station
• follow HACCP, sanitation, OSHA, infection-control, and HIPAA requirements
• help maintain stock
• communicate with patients and guests using AIDET
• use Computrition.
