The Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Newport, TN, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. Magnet ABA Therapy provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision. The role implements individualized behavior programs, tracks client progress, and teaches social, communication, and daily living skills. Collaboration with the supervising BCBA supports treatment adjustments and client care.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA on treatment plan modifications
• maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
