The Crisis Clinician II is an onsite, full-time role based in Bellingham, WA, with a pay range of $38.93–$58.23 per hour. This position supports the Compass Health Child Youth Family Crisis Team (YGo) by providing mobile behavioral health support. The role exists to stabilize youth in crisis in the least restrictive settings. The clinician conducts rapid evaluations, develops safety plans, and coordinates referrals to ongoing services, contributing to the long-term wellness of youth and families in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
