What you'll do

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents
• track deadlines and support legal projects
• prepare correspondence, filings, and internal documentation
• maintain legal databases and contract repositories
• assist with compliance reviews, regulatory filings, and investigations
• coordinate disputes, claims, and litigation with outside counsel
• prepare corporate governance documents
• identify and report legal risks
• conduct legal research
• monitor laws and regulations affecting construction.
